The Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analysis partners with leadership and cross‑functional teams to transform large data sets into actionable financial and operational insights. Leveraging SQL, advanced Excel, and compelling PowerPoint storytelling, you will build customer lifetime value and ROI models, manage ad‑hoc reporting requests, and support strategic projects that enhance the financial health and growth of Hilton Grand Vacations.
- Develop and maintain customer lifetime value, ROI, and sensitivity models using SQL and Excel.
- Create complex profitability and cost‑benefit financial models in Excel.
- Translate large‑scale data insights into fact‑based recommendations for business partners.
- Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel visualizations for stakeholders.
- Manage end‑to‑end ad‑hoc operational and financial reporting requests.
- Prepare, enhance, and distribute regular operational and financial reporting packages.
- Conduct variance, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making.
- Present analytical findings orally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IM&A teams to track progress of critical initiatives and provide status updates.
- Support project management activities, including milestone tracking and cross‑functional coordination.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or analytics within a hospitality or consumer‑focused industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
- Strong PowerPoint design and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and interpret customer lifetime value and ROI models.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple ad‑hoc reporting requests and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Project management experience with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and track milestones.
