Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Sales Gallery Manager. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring and delivering processes and procedures for “back of house” support for both sales and marketing to ensure high guest satisfaction, maximum production and sales efficiencies with execution of deliverables in a timely manner. As well as managing business relationships with guests, senior leadership, vendors, and other staff members at the Preview Center.

As the Sales Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensures collaboration on daily tasks between both Marketing Reservations, Front Desk, and Sales Departments occur with the highest level of guest satisfaction both internally and externally.

Oversees all departmental orders are completed accurately and timely to support the sales process.

Ensures all shifts are managed according to business needs and cross trains Front Desk and Gifting to ensure deadlines are met for customer transactions, sales center statistics, and marketing business tour needs.

Manages all marketing and sales operations that directly impact the guests on tour and their experience with HGV, including staff supervision and scheduling of assigned field personnel.

Acts as public relations liaison with customers, sales, marketing, and resort staff.

Ensure reports are processed timely & accurately, including NQs, and transportation costs.

Ensures and processes all month end clean up sales reports to drive accurate business performance.

Works with payroll department to ensure hours are calculated accurately.

Manages all tour allotments for Direct Marketing, HPC and In-House to ensure Departments are meeting budgeted tour targets, collaborating with Call Center.

Assist in major projects regarding installation and or renovation of sites to ensure completion and quality of each project.

Responsible for daily and weekly auditing of all tours correctly charged to all S&M team members.

Responsible for sales rotations preparation on a weekly basis, verified, communicated and posted on a weekly basis.

Conducts ongoing employee counseling, coaching, motivation, and disciplinary action.

Assists in recruiting and training both one on one and classroom. Works with training and HR to create, and update as required, a standardized system for new hire orientation and training, to be approved by upper management.

Proactively seek & schedule ongoing workshops & training sessions to support maximum production, team building & corporate culture.

Develop team members to learn skillsets to further their brand knowledge about HGV.

Monitors and evaluates attendance, customer service results, and open lines of communication between Sales and Marketing for strong site performance.

Identifies and executes processes to increase sales efficiencies and ensures that all data is recorded accurately for the site (tour verification, sales rotation, data entry of timing of tours).

Carry out all other reasonable requests by management.

Collaborate with Directors of Marketing/Sales to ensure business operations are fully supported.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience in Hospitality Industry and/or Sales & Marketing
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Excellent computer skills with accuracy and speed. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Reliable, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Industry and/or Sales & Marketing
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience
- Experience with Chorus and Voice systems
