We are looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join our team at Patrick Henry Square. In this role, you will help bring vacation dreams to life by maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Work well with customers and staff members and drive company success through performing the tasks to the highest standards. What will I be doing?

  • Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
  • Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
  • Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

Job details:

Full-time- Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations.
