As a Beach Buddies Attendant, you’ll help create safe, memorable experiences for our guests and their keiki by supervising the pool slide and surrounding areas, leading creative children’s activities, and ensuring only registered guests are using the facility. You’ll be an upbeat ambassador of safety, service, and aloha.

Schedule Details:

The main shift will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.

 

Additional Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Monitor the pool slide and adjacent areas; maintain a clean, safe environment and report equipment issues promptly. 

  • Verify facility access and ensure only registered guests are utilizing the pool and slide. 

  • Communicate clearly and politely with adults and children; provide excellent guest service.

  • Facilitate fun, age‑appropriate creati.ve activities for children and support guest activity workshops as needed

  • Follow safety and security standards, complete work orders/follow‑ups, and 

  • perform other duties as assigned.

  • Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications

  • Ability to read and write in English; clear verbal communication with guests and team members. 

  • High school diploma or GED. 

  • Flexible Schedule including Weekends and Holidays

 

 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience working with elementary school‑aged children; prior hospitality or resort activities experience.
