Sales Representative – Frontline

How You’ll Shine:

  • Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
  • Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
  • Provide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfaction
  • All leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton’s award-winning on-site marketing team!

Compensation Package:

Pay: $85,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year

  • Paid Training at $20/hour for the first 60 days plus sales incentives.
  • Monthly Bonus
  • Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
  • General knowledge of smart devices
