We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented and proactive Specialist Post Production to support video and photo project and asset management across various creative initiatives. This role is integral to the smooth execution of production workflows and asset distribution and will play a key role in maintaining our asset management systems and ensuring high-quality deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage video concepts from ideation through editing and delivery, while assisting in the continuous improvement of content strategy and production workflows.

For this role you must have incredible communication skills. Candidates should have experience using Adobe Premier video editing software. Previous 1 – 3 years of experience in production, video/photo asset management or a related field as well as a corporate or agency setting. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of technical prowess, creative storytelling and collaborative fines.

Position Summary: 

  • Basic video editing such as clipping b-roll, updating end cards and placing open captions using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Manage video and photo production projects from intake through final delivery
  • Ideate and execute video concepts independently, making strategic creative and business decisions to align with project goals
  • Provide input on content strategies and production workflows to improve efficiency and creative impact
  • Maintain and organize asset management sites, ensuring consistent naming, tagging, and versioning of assets
  • Distribute final video and photo assets to clients, business partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to support video concept ideation
  • Rename and keyword assets for searchability and alignment with brand standards
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Proactively identify and solve workflow inefficiencies or potential bottlenecks
  • Communicate regularly with the Manager Production (Post-Production) to report project status, needs, and issues

  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.

  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in production, video/photo asset management, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite applications
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms, including Vimeo, YouTube, Airtable, and Canva
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and file organization standards
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) and media asset management (MAM) systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
