Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Warehouse Director to join the Mystic Dunes team. Apply now to join our journey to success! In this position, you will supervise, schedule and encourage Security Associates by providing direction and equipment needed to accomplish their duties. 

What will I be doing?

The Warehouse Manager is responsible to manage and participate in the receipt and shipment of district goods and maintain required inventory levels while ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct.
 
  • Verifies stock, identifies losses, maintains and organizes warehouse layout, and transports orders over designated routes, if necessary.
  • Input data to maintain correct inventory level, maintain proper warehouse logs, track and maintain guest packages, and conduct physical inventories.
  •  Oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving, organizing, sorting, and issuing of district goods, including supplies, equipment, and food for the purpose of assuring shipments are prepared for delivery and are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Prepares schedules for work to be performed.
  • Resolves parts and supply needs and issues.
  • Evaluates work of subordinate.
  • Assigns works assignments to be performed.
  • Follows up on work and reports findings to management.
  • Ensures that departmental policies and procedures are followed.
  • Critiques all work assignments directly assigned.
  • Monitor and track supply inventory
  • Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies through management.
  • Maintain all logs and documentation for standards.
  • Perform duties of subordinates.
  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  •  A minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience required.
  •  A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience required.
