Essential Job Functions 

  • Assist the Manager with daily activities of the Title Services department and coordinate local Title Services Coordinators (TSCs). 

  • Provide mentorship and assistance to Title Services Coordinators (TSCs). 

  • Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly meetings regarding process updates, promotions, memos, etc. 

  • Assist the Title Services Manager by addressing daily inquiries or issues from remote and local TSCs. 

  • Responsible for assigning workload to the team through Chorus. 

  • Work together on training new employees and offer continuous training to existing team members on recording review, feedback review, feedback recordings, new recordings, and systems. 

  • Track the Open Issues to offer feedback during weekly meetings and/or ongoing training to remote and local TSCs. 

  • Contribute to department reporting, communication, and other essential tasks to achieve department success. 

  • Support the Manager in reviewing time sheets and monitoring attendance. 

  • Conduct monthly audits of completed files from TSCs to ensure team members meet encouraged quality thresholds. 

  • Promote a positive work atmosphere. 

  • Engage in mentoring and counseling conversations with individual team members to ensure understanding and efficiency in the recording review, deedback review, deedback recordings, new recordings, and systems processes. 

  • Ensure Policies and Procedures reference documents are consistently updated. 

  • Assist with the recruiting and hiring process. 

  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management. 

  • Demonstrate the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Collaboration, Ownership, Now. 

  • Complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. 

  • Follow Company standards and ensure alignment with all policies and procedures. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

 

What we are looking for 

To succeed in this position, you should have the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:  

  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Good written, verbal, and communication skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure 

  • Enthusiastic great teammate attitude 

Additionally, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are desired: 

  • Previous Title Services experience is a plus 

  • Knowledge of documents required for a timeshare closing 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including crafting and maintaining spreadsheets 

 

Must Have 

  • Minimum Associate Degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Title field 

  • 1-3 years of leadership or oversight experience
