As a Assistant Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting Marketing Leadership in driving and increasing tour flow by assisting with all Marketing and Prearrival initiatives. The position provides direct supervision of Marketing Team Members and implements strategies to develop, train and expand the Local Marketing initiatives.

As a Asst Manager Marketing you would be responsible for:

  • Assists management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets through team production
  • Assists with implementing department initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment at all times towards Owners, Guests and Team Members
  • Responsible for implementing tactical marketing plans to exceed plan; tour flow; cost/sales efficiency and net volume targets for In House marketing
  • Assist in recruiting, hire and train personnel for in house marketing program and other site marketing programs/initiatives.
  • Ensures team members are using company-approved pitches at all times when speaking to Owners and Guest

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Leadership
  • Bilingual required – able to communicate in both English and Spanish clearly in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 
  • Previous experience in Vacation Ownership and customer service.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
  • Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
