This candidate will have a minimum of one year in the role of Training Specialist, Club & OS. Knowledge of at least two of the brands within the Club & OS department, in order to lead and/or assist with the training of these skills. The candidate must be able to work independently while also being able to work collaboratively with others on the team. They must demonstrate leadership skills, being proactive, and be solution driven.
· Facilitates new hire and skills learning programs and classes
· Monitors the effectiveness of learning on associates using individual and group performance results.
· Develops and maintains relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
· Maintains and updates training materials and job aids, as needed, to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
· Facilitates soft skill trainings to the Club team, to include customer service skills and leadership skills.
· Promotes a positive “can do” attitude and works as a team player.
· Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.
· Completes all required Company training/compliance courses, as assigned.
· Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Strong multi-tasker able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work in a team environment and to be available to assist peers as needed
· Willingness to try new techniques and systems and use them to improve facilitation and training skills
