The Elara Hilton Club is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join the team. This outstanding, soon-to-open, 90-room Hilton Club will be located on the top floor of our fabulous Elara.

Main Responsibilities:
- Check in and out Owners and Guests
- Respond to guests’ requests.
- Assists guests with reservations or changes.
- Generates invoices and collects payments.
- Maintains safety deposit boxes.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Work as a team with co-workers to complete checklists and daily duties.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies.
- Other duties as requested by your leader.
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior related experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to build and interpret business communications and reports.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Highly skilled in solving practical problems, using good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict, think on their feet, influence and mentor others.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Associate’s Degree/College
- Previous experience working in a luxury resort setting preferred.
- Voice Certified
- 3+ Years of related experience
