Administrative Asst -NFSM

As a Contract Audit Representative, you will provide support and assistance to the Quality Assurance and Sales Admin departments in all office functions essential for the efficient operation of a guest service and contracts office.

Responsibilities encompass verifying the accuracy and completeness of Experian Applications, as well as validating Purchase Proposals and other contract-related documents in preparation for contract submission. You may also assist with various office functions, including but not limited to filing, generating reports, preparing contract packages, managing rotation, addressing sales inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Duties also include:

• Understanding and adhering to all processes as detailed in the Guest Training Manual SOP.

• Fostering a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams.

• Distributing and collecting Guest Registration Forms while assisting guests with any inquiries they may have.

• Accurately assigning guests to a Sales Representative in the order of their arrival.

• Ensuring that all information is promptly updated in Concierge from the guest registration.

• Responding to all incoming calls, investigating customer issues, and escalating them to a manager or supervisor as necessary.
 

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)

General office experience is preferred.

Previous experience in Hospitality or Timeshare is desirable.

Basic understanding of company philosophy, corporate structure, and sales initiatives.

Familiarity with policies and procedures.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 

Schedule: Full-time, 8-5pm daily, Weekends Required.

Compensation: $17 per hour.
