Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HUA management and local sales & marketing leaders to understand and achieve marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, recommending new strategies to stay competitive.
• Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Coordinate and complete marketing events, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees.
• Build positive relationships with local vendors and partners to improve marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure expenses align with financial goals.
• Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities and outcomes for leadership review.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and standard methodologies for developing marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School/GED
• 1-3 Years of related experience
• Available nights and weekends
• Ability to travel when needed
