Responsibilities Include: 

  • Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk: Maintenance needs, if a room needs to be put offline, etc.
  • Quality checking rooms daily.
  • Keeping Front Desk agents and room matrix updated on room status’.
  • Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms and keeping checkbook updated.
  • Ensuring all public areas of the lodge are clean and well kept.
  • Build housekeeping schedule per Lodge and housekeeper needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers and fully comprehend job assignments
