As a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our new timeshare owners through face-to face interactions. Your primary responsibilities will focus on verifying and reviewing ownership documents, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional service with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What will you be doing as a Team Member?
- Welcome and engage with new timeshare owners, helping to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Review and collect pre-arrival documentation to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Verify, print, and prepare ownership contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate and ready for the Quality Assurance team.
- Act as a second set of eyes to completeness of required signatures, dates and stamps.
- Distribute deals based on a Quality Assurance rotation system and ensure all required documents are included.
- Support the team with contract processing, administrative duties, and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Time-shared experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail, especially when reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
