We are looking for a Common Area Attendant at Eilan Hotel and Spa in San Antonio, TX

What will I be doing?

  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain all public spaces in the resort in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby.
  • Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
  • Be knowledgeable of the Hilton Grand Vacations property.
  • Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prior hospitality experience, preferred.
