Position Statement:

Manages daily tasks related to processing all contract files, including auditing, reviewing, recording, and other associated activities ensuring accurate registration and compliance with underwriting guidelines. This role involves coordination with various departments, external agencies, and government offices. 
 

Position Summary:

•    Review and Audit: Verify accuracy of system and documents such as; contract, recording, and/or registration documents
•    Judicial Scrivener Coordination: Prepare and send documents for registration.  Monitor and tracking of registration status
•    Coordinate with government offices relating to taxes and document submissions
•    Coordinate with debt collection agencies and the judicial scrivener office on customer pay-off schedules. Prepare pay-off letters for customers
•    Prepare necessary documents to complete registration process
•    For US related transactions, review and forward appropriate documents for recordation in the United States
•    Respond to inquiries from various departments regarding audit issues, contract status, and registration status
•    Document Management: Scan all applicable documents to ensure proper documentation relating to Title Services process and contract registration. Manage incoming and outgoing of files onsite and offsite
•    Update Standard Operating Procedures and underwriting guidelines as needed
•    Assist with training new team members
•    Provide support to leadership team and internal customers
•    Respond to and follow up with external audit companies
•    Invoice review and processing

Required Qualifications:

•    Exceptional organizational skills. 
•    Must speak Japanese and English.  
•    Must possess excellent written, verbal and communication skills. 
•    Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
•    Enthusiastic team player attitude
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Timeshare background in document handling 
• Title insurance or real estate industry experience.
