As the Welcome Center Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of the Welcome Center including: checking in Mini-Vac clients as well as manifesting OPC tours and managing all hotel reservations for Mini-Vac clients. These processes include: booking tours, creating reservations in Concierge, updating client accounts, confirming hotel rooms, handling customer issues, working with the NICC and BPSC, managing Welcome Center Associates and ensuring data integrity. Manages and develops Welcome Center team to fully support marketing efforts while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and company standards.
- Work in conjunction with the DOM to drive retail and hotel sales as well as train staff to book tours from the Welcome Center.
- Drive processes that result in exceptional standards of quality, production and service.
- Train, manage and schedule Welcome Center Coordinators in areas of booking OPC tours, check-in, manifest
- and reservations.
- Assist Field Admin in ensuring data integrity by ensuring employees are entering data correctly and auditing on a
- daily basis.
- Ensure National Sales and Marketing Welcome Center Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Train and Monitor staff to ensure that minimum standards as determined by DOM are maintained in each department.
- Hold weekly meetings with Welcome Center Staff, making employees aware of new Vendors, Lead Origins,
- Offers, Premiums, etc.
- Ensure that all guests are processed in a respectful and efficient manner.
- Resolve any client issues with respect.
- Handle NQ’s (not qualified) in a separate area.
- Ensure all Welcome Center premiums are tracked, audited and kept secure at all times.
- Manage hotel relationships and assist admin with allotments as needed.
- Assist admin with Tour and Welcome Center allotments as needed.
- Coordinate with the Bass Pro Service Center and the NICC for all Mini-Vac reservations.
- Manage Welcome Center ticket & hotel sales to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Check-in clients, manifest tours, conduct ticket sales, and perform other basic Welcome Center duties as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and assist the guest reception team when needed.
