Senior Marketing Manager – Improves tour bookings and profit generation through achieving targeted goals and driving penetration, while maintaining budgeted costs.

What will I be doing?

• Provides overall leadership and support to the team members and processes of the local on-site marketing programs.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth, sales efficiency, and guest experience.
• Recruits, trains, and develops Marketing Representatives.
• Coordinates effective tour management with sales leaders, and maintains open lines of communication of new procedures, programs, and policies.
• Leads the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including the management of Marketing Representatives, to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Operates in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals.
• Supports the Marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.
