Responsibilities Include:

• Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises security operations.
• Prepares reports and records for the management team,
• Evaluates current procedures, practices, and standard processes for accomplishing activities and functions relative to safety.
• Prepares budget estimates and reports, and orders supplies and equipment as needed.
• Supervises Loss Prevention personnel.
• Conducts, supervises and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
• Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
• Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules, regulations.
• Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by management.

What are we looking for:

• Previous security, law enforcement or military experience
• Knowledge of principles and practices of security operations and management, enforcement procedures, and safety practices in a hospitality environment
• Associates degree/College Diploma
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• OSHA-30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Certificate.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License.
• 3-5 years related experience
• 2+years Management experience

Preferred, but not required:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years related experience
• 4+ years of Management experience
