tWe are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Villas de Santa Fe! In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart. What will I be doing:

  • Welcoming and greeting Owners and Guests.
  • Checking Owners and Guests in and out, following all standards and requirements.
  • Performing all transactions related to an Owner or Guest stay.
  • Provide Inspired Hospitality and assist owners and guests with special requests to ensure memorable experiences.
  • Use empowerments to resolve and follow up on owner and guest challenges to Make It Right.
  • Exemplify our Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.
  • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders, contact respective departments, and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and fully stocked work area.
  • Responding to Owner and Guest calls, inquiries, and requests in person, via phone and/or via text message.

    What are we looking for:

  • Proficient English language
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
  • Minimum 1 Yr Guest Service experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Front Desk/Guest Services Agent
  • Credit card transactions
  • Hospitality experience in a Resort setting
  • Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel
