A career as a Maintenance Tech II entails maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. This role will require a variety of skills that include but are not limited to painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings.

Schedule Details: Our department is open from 7:00am – 11:30pm, with flexibility depending on business needs. Includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
  • Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges.
  • Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components.
  • Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges.
  • Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets.
  • Other duties as assigned by leader.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
