To provide courtesy transportation services to guests and owners around the resort(s), while providing excellent customer service and information about the local area and attractions, as well as general information and history of the resort.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Charleston, SC
Greet and interact with guests.
Manage the safety of guests while boarding, riding and unloading from the shuttles.
Transport guests around property (and other destinations as directed by management) in a safe, courteous, and
efficient manner.
Complete routine safety checks on shuttle.
Keep shuttles clean on the inside and outside at all times.
Maintain shuttle supplies.
Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous cooperation with fellow associates and departments.

Responsibilities
Greet and interact with guests.

Qualifications
1 – Minimum Formal Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 – Minimum Experience:
Customer service experience – 1 year; Bus, Shuttle Van or Commercial driving/operation – 1 year.
3 – Essential Training, Knowledge,
Licenses and /or Certifications:
CDL preferred, but not required. Class E Driver’s License required. Familiarity with local towns and attractions in the area.

Ability to work independently and a team setting, interact with people, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
