What will I be doing?

• Operate commercial grade machinery washers and dryers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment with sorted, clean and dirty linen. 
• Ability to fold and sort a variety of linens. 
• Identify items that need to be re-washed, separated and loaded into bins. 
• Transport clean and dirty linen to and from floors. 
• Assist with inventory controls and maintain a daily discard log. 
• Full knowledge of the use and maintenance of all department equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Assist with stripping and stocking the units. 
• Cleaning of case goods and unit furnishings.
• Respond to guest calls, including but not limited to transporting linens, houseware and other requests. 
• Cleaning of common areas; Guest Laundry 2nd floor and Fitness Center, Owner’s Lounge, Team Member’s Breakroom, Pool deck restrooms. Lobby windows (at arm’s length). Sweeping of corridors. 
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Completes all the required Company training/compliance courses assigned. 
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

Key skills and experience:

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in this or a related job
• Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous hospitality industry experience
• 2+ Years experience in this or a related job
• High School / GED
