We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Resort Manager to lead all aspects of the operational management of our resort. What will you be doing?

As a Resort Manager, you will:

  • Manage and lead Heads of Departments to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient resort operations, ensuring guest and team member happiness through regular review, feedback, and budget setting.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences, personally addressing and resolving any complaints and issues. Encourage a culture that focuses and commits to providing outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Laws, Risk Management, Brand Standards, relevant legislation, and appropriate policies/procedures, maintaining the performance of all departments within the set guidelines.
  • Contribute to and attend Home Owners Association (HOA) meetings, managing property activities, committee reports, financials, correspondence from unit owners, and manager’s responses to inquiries. Support budget preparation.
  • Manage crisis incidents within the resort and advance as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections of units, offices, and grounds, noting any deficiencies in properties, contractors, and the physical appearance of the property. Determine the most suitable and efficient methods to make repairs and perform necessary maintenance, while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the European team to develop standard methodologies and align with company goals.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success, demonstrating that customers and team members are central to your daily work.
  • Previous management experience, with a focus on team development and skill improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with technology.
  • Ability to lead teams to deliver key areas related to the job profile, monitor and review performance, and work collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail, capable of managing both short and long-term projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
