What Will I Be Doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily activities. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading all aspects of bar operations and guest interactions.
• Assisting management with policies and procedures.
• Training staff on food quality, safety, and service standards.
• Leading the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Handling guest/owner inquiries and concerns.
• Supervising accurate payment collection.
• Coordinating with other departments for efficiency.
• Assisting with budget, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Regular attendance and adherence to HGVC standards are required.

What Are We Looking For?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Driver’s License.

It would be beneficial to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• TIP’s or similar certification preferred.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
