We are seeking a Client Relations Manager. This position will lead the CRM team in providing excellence service to owners and guests from the date of tour and purchase until the time their membership account has been established. CRMs are the primary liaison to the customer and manage the customer follow-up process regarding any service issues, incomplete paperwork and monies due for contracts and deeding. They provide professional courteous face-to-face and telephone service for all owners and guests in accordance with HGVC’s standards of integrity and quality service.

The Manager of Client Relations will we responsible for hiring and managing all aspects of team member performance, behavior and attendance. You will conduct continual trainings on product knowledge and other necessary items.

This role will assist the sales process by conducting F2F sessions with clients, explain the CRM responsibility in the process, review documents, solidify the sale and notarize as necessary. They will be responsible for post-sale customer service by assisting owners with questions and in obtaining the necessary documentation, information or monies needed to process the sale. They will assist in processing work orders, cancellation letters and post close cancels.

A high degree of detail is required in reviewing contracts for accuracy and maintenance, open issue, exception and cancellation logs.

This person in this role will establish a network of relationships both on-site, among other sites across the organization, at the Corporate level, with Club Member Services and other depts. They will be site leader and expected to collaborate with other site leaders to benefit the total distribution center performance.

The Manager will ensure the appropriate level of supplies and materials are maintained.

General requirements of the role include the ability to communicate orally and in writing/email/text professionally in English. Must possess the ability to utilize company software applications and have a professional level of knowledge of Microsoft applications. Must be willing to complete all other reasonably requested duties as assigned.

What are we looking for:

High School Diploma

Ability to secure a Notary License

2+ years of management or supervisory experience

3+ years of related experience in Vacation Ownership
