A Lead Sales Gallery Coordinator will supervise the Sales Gallery Team to ensure a welcoming, positive, and productive environment for our tour guests and Sales team. The Team Lead trains and supports the Charleston Sales Gallery Front Desk team to deliver the highest level of customer service to all gallery guests.
What will you be doing as a Team Member?
Supervising Sales Gallery Team Members’ tasks, including greeting and seating guests, identifying and contacting the Sales Executive for tours, generating their tour sheet, and printing and completing gift receipts.
Monitoring and maintaining the opening/closing of the Sales Gallery and assisting the team in their duties as needed, including Sales Executive rotation and other related policies and procedures at the Front Desk.
Assisting with gifting preparation and administration.
Requesting replenishments as needed, managing inventory for each Team Member, and reporting any discrepancies.
Assisting with interviewing Team Members. Actively trains Sales Gallery Team Members 1:1 during their onboarding process. Cross-training all new hire Team Members with Sales Gallery Desk procedures and policies, with emphasis on new Team Member training and development within the existing team.
What are we looking for?
High School Graduate or equivalent
3+ years of proven track record in Operations, Front Desk, or Reservations within the hospitality industry
Previous training experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to understand simple instructions and short correspondence
A strong dedication to consistently delivering quality guest service
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with CHORUS and VOICE systems
